So, what do you people do after achieving Legendary Survivor title? Are you so relieved to have made it that, to disipate the stress of having played so carefully for so long, you go out and kamakazi yourself to the nearest mob? Or do you continue playing carefully to see how much more XP you can get without dying?

I, myself, have taken this second course. After spending weeks and weeks and weeks doing the repeatable at Lutgardis - 2, 3, 4 runs a day - I went ahead and finished the game (solo'ing all but the final mission), went back and finished some quests I'd skipped over, like Charting the Forest/Sea, redid some missions I'd only gotten Expert on to get Masters, etc. I'm now at 1.5 million and thinking of trying for 2 million. No real hurry though as I have 2 other chars at Lutgardis now working on the title.

So, just curious to see what other people do.

I was just too relieved that my paragon made it to Legendary so I took ur first choice. I am in the process of finishing up Protector of Elona and Cantha and starting on Tyria. Then I'll go for the skill-capping titles and then the cartographer titles. Then if I'm rich, maybe Obs armor or drunkard/Sugar tooth. I'm also r7 Kurzick so I'll try to max that out.

After I got the title, I had a guild mate kill my character in a guild scrimmage.

Then I looked on the GWG forums and groaned about all the QQ threads on "Survivor"

I did pretty much nothing with my survivor, just some regular pve once a while to test a build.

It's just another character with an easy title.

After reaching L3 on my ele (Which i did by capping, not lame fff) I played how I used to play. Died 100K exp later by some random mob. Who cares go the title anyways

. I need the caps anyways for Legendary Skillhunter.
My paragon has L3 too by questing, capping and Splinter weapon Turai's Procession farm. She's still at 0.

Wrong, Actually. A lot of people I know got their title (myself included) by going elite crazy. I even documented my journey doing this with screenshots. Jealousy Is an ugly thing indeed.

Back on topic, After I got legendary survivor I went out and got all the rest of the elites I was missing to get legendary skill hunter.

Seemed to only make sense really, as I had captured pretty much two thirds of of them getting XP for the title ^_^

I didn't waste much time after I got the title to kill myself though, after a few more elites at 1,365,711 it just had to be done.

I'll give a huge thumbs up to anyone who achieves the title. I confess I have not gone for it yet and frankly, when I think about certain missions and quests, I think it's pretty remarkable when a player gets there. I used to play a lot of Diablo II in Hardcore, and I remember that sick feeling when my character finally died. When you looked at your corpse and realized, "Welp, it's start-over time" it takes a bit of mental adjustment.

Congrats to all who have made this achievement. Are any of you doing it through missions and quests with only Hero and Henchies? Is that even possible??

Unfortunately there are much easier ways than hero/hench or even pugging. Since there is an easy method to not die (and not screw with other players), I would probably go as far as I could without making a silly mistake.

Ofcourse it is. Normal mode is really easy if you know what you're doin. Good hero setup and you don't even have to help them.

As for what i'm going to do next, i'll just play normally and without a care in the world about dying or getting lag.

Made my way to Lutgardis on my Paragon with heroes and henches just to start HFFFing (Hero Fast Faction Farming) Thats how I got the title.

The hardest part of the whole title was getting through Vizunah Square withing running into the survivor bug.

I am so used to playing with Hero/Henchmen I know how to make them work better than real players.

As for the post after I get Legendary Survivor, I take a deep breath and continue playing normally.

I got my Dervish some nice new Monument Armor today, I figured he earned it.

1,600,000 exp without dieing...yet...

when I finally get one to that point I will then breathe a sigh of relief, stop showing the title and let that character play the way all the others ones do---kill or be killed....leeeeeeroooooooyyyyyyy!
